What your company and crews have recently completed is amazing. I’ve got to say that I think I’m enjoying the outside renovations to the house as much and more than those on the interior. Your crews were quite professional and did an excellent job from start to finish.
I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my brick patio. The crew did such neat work and were so eager to please. They also cleaned up so well after the job was done, which was a great help!

Thank you for the recently completed project at our home. What stood out to me about your company was the professional nature of your crews. The project transformed our back yard beautifully—WE LOVE IT!! Our landscape maintenance company even commented on how beautiful the stonework was—not something that another company will often voice.
John Strauss arrived on time to evaluate our backyard for the possible addition of a water feature. He spent a great deal of time studying the landscape possibilities and we paid him for the full design work. When John showed us his complete designs, we went over the details with him. Our desires for a water feature and extended patio were ultimately agreed upon, and John worked with us perfectly. His crews began work on time and were impressive in their professionalism and craftsmanship. The finished water feature is beautiful, and the patio pavers are more then we had hoped for to complete the patio. John and his associates are professionals who do only the very best work. We could not recommend them more highly.
John and his team have done a great deal of hardscape design and installation for us at two different houses we’ve owned over the past 6-8 years. The first project was installing a small stamped concrete patio; then he did most of our exterior work at a house we moved into in 2006. He designed and installed our entire landscape and has done several small jobs since then including planting, addition of a grill area (including running the gas line), a hammock trellis, etc. He is fantastic and top quality, always quick to respond and honest about his capabilities.
The job went like clockwork from start to finish. John is an extremely good person to work with, well organized, and very professional. He easily adapted to changes we made as the job went along. My wife and I were so pleased with the way the area looked when the job was finished. John knows how to design great looking landscaped areas. John’s employees were also great to work with and the job site was kept orderly. I could not imagine a better job.
John’s crew was very professional, punctual, had attention to detail, cleaned up each day, and had pride in workmanship—skilled technicians who were trustworthy and respectful of person and property. I highly recommend this company. The men that work for John Strauss Associates have been with the company for years.
